Please read these terms carefully as use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The following are the Terms and Conditions of the competition which will govern the procedure of Maatouk Factories s.a.l. (The Company) in the fair execution of the competition.

1. Maatouk Factories s.a.l. (The Company) is holding a promotional competition for visitors to the Maatouk website (www.maatouk.com) to upload videos featuring a coffee making mime activity that will be subject to voting by the website visitors.
2. The competition is free to enter and is open to all visitors to the website (www.maatouk.com). Candidates eligible for prizes must be residents of Lebanon.
3. Employees of, or contractors to Maatouk Factories s.a.l., their wives and children, are not eligible to enter.
4. To enter, candidates must read and accept these terms and conditions, complete the entry form, provide mandatory contact details as specified (full name, phone number, email address), submit the form, and upload the video.
5. To vote, voters must read and accept these terms and conditions, complete the entry form, provide mandatory contact details as specified (full name, phone number, email address), submit the form, and vote.
6. Maatouk Factories s.a.l. reserves the right to disqualify any candidate submitting an entry which infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, or in the opinion of the Company, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory ,defamatory ,political or religious images or language.
7. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any video or to disregard any candidate if there are any doubts of hacking, or fake votes or manipulation or vulgarities.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. The competition starts on the 22nd of May 2011 and ends on the 30th of June 2011.The Company shall have the right to extend or end earlier the competition period, and the right to change the dates without prior notices.
10. Prizes will be announced in two weeks time after the competition is closed. The Company shall have the discretionary right to assess the results.
11. Any personal information collected through registration into the competition will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s consent unless required by law.
12. By entering the competition, all candidates grant to Maatouk Factories s.a.l. free of charge, the right to publish and use that submitted material or any part of it in all media, for any purpose as decided by the Company. All entries become the sole property of Maatouk Factories s.a.l.
13. By entering the competition, the candidate assigns all its intellectual property rights in the video submitted to the Company. The Company shall be granted the rights to use the videos for any reason whatsoever and to amend them if needed .The video submitted shall not be used by the candidate for any other purpose once uploaded on the site.
14. Inappropriate content will be deleted and fans will be reported and banned from the contest and the Maatouk Factories s.a.l. Facebook page.
15. Prizes in this competition: 1st prize – A trip for Two to Brazil (the obtention and costs of visas will be on the winner charge), 2nd till 11th prize - 10 coffee making machines, 12th till 31st prize- 20 yearly supply of coffee not to exceed the per capita consumption of 5 kg.
16. In the event of a dispute with the Company of any kind whatsoever, it shall be resolved by the General Manager of Maatouk Factories s.a.l. Such decision shall be final. The entrant shall waive all its rights in filing lawsuits and claims from any kind whatsoever against the Company.

1. Competition only applicable to valid residents in Lebanon.

3. All videos must be under one minute and under 10mb
4. One entry per registered user
5. One vote per video

1. The winner will be notified by telephone or email given in the contact details within two weeks of declaring the winner, and displayed on the competition page.
2. The original file must be retained, as it may be requested to prove that it is the candidate’s own work.
3. The Company shall be entitled to use the names, photos, and videos of the winners in its marketing tools, the website or any media.
4. The winners undertake, upon the Company’s request, to make any public appearance whether through interviews or programs or press releases...
5. The Company shall not be liable for any results that appear to be, on a later stage, based on wrong counting of votes or any other.

1. The Company will make every effort to locate the prize winner for the prize and deliver the prizes to the winners, within two weeks after the winners are decided. This does not apply if:
   - the prize winner agrees in writing that the prize may be delivered more than two weeks after the winner is decided; or
   - after making all reasonable efforts, the Company conducting the competition cannot locate the prize winner.
2. If the prizes are not claimed, or the winner cannot be located within two weeks from the day the prize winner is decided, the Company will announce another winner for the prize.
3. The yearly coffee supply does not exceed the per capita consumption of 5kg.
4. The Company takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that the prizes listed are unavailable, the Company reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Company, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner.
6. By participating in the competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read the competition terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Maatouk Factories s.a.l. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches any of these rules, even partially.
7. Maatouk Factories s.a.l. is not responsible for any damage resulting directly or indirectly from the usage or ownership of any of the prizes including and not limited to the first prize.
8. The company shall not be held liable for any damage, injury or losses occurring to persons or properties during the trip to Brazil.
